  • Exercise Facility: All team members are encouraged to use the fitness facility at their convenience. Dressing facility and showers are available 24 hours a day. No food or beverages allowed.
  • Shift Rotation: Night Shift: 11 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.; Dayshift: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.; Evening Shift 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., rotating every four weeks.
  • Breaks: No scheduled breaks for production team members except for a 15 minute “stand up” lunch (able to keep lunch bucket and drink at workstation). Must always keep production in mind. Office staff will be entitled to a 10-minute morning break.
  • Tobacco: No tobacco products allowed on corporate property at any time.
  • Probation: Must complete a 90 probationary period and pass a drug screen before initial start date.
  • Culture: No foul language is tolerated. We expect honesty, caring and a positive attitude when dealing with all fellow team members at Ward/Kraft.
  • Performance: After completing training, all team members must be able to meet production requirements in order to remain in good standings. Ward/Kraft utilizes a “Pay For Performance” system which measures and tracks all aspects of an individuals performance. Pay raises are based in large part on these measurements and may vary by division, department or position.
  • Pay Raises: Wage reviews are conducted every 6 months, January and July. Wage schedules have been developed for each position within the plant.
  • Safety: Each team member is expected to follow safety rules at all times. Your safety can never be compromised. If you see an unsafe condition, please notify your immediate supervisor as soon as possible.
