How durable are Digital Concepts products?
Will the coffee mugs hold up in a dishwasher?
Digital Concepts are
created with a process called Dye Sublimation. Dye Sublimation
works with pressure and heat to transfer an image directly
to a substrate. The image actually becomes part of the surface
of the product making the product very durable. Coffee mugs will
go through the dishwasher hundreds of times with out fading
and never flaking off.
If my customer sends you a dozen mugs, can you image them?
Dye sublimation requires a special coating on the product that
is being imaged. We have to order special products for Digital
Concepts from one of our qualified vendors.
Can you send me a sample mug so that I can show my customer?
We offer coasters and name badge samples to show your customers
the high impact graphics used for Digital Concepts. Due to cost
of producing these products, specific samples are only available
for qualified opportunities. Contact ShortRun Customer Service

What if my customer wants a green coffee mug?
All of the Digital Concepts products begin white. The color
is created with a graphic image. Products like coffee mugs have
limited print areas because of their shape.
Are there price breaks
for larger quantities of Digital Concepts products?
Each item is produced one at a time for Digital Concepts. The
advantage is that each piece can be personalized or be an entirely
different image.
Are there minimum quantities?
No minimum quantities. However, there is a $40.00 per order
minimum.
What is the standard lead time?
For quantities under 50 items the lead time is 3 Working Days.
