Frequently Asked Questions

• A duplex printer is required for this label.  Most laser or ink jet printers are simplex (one sided).  It may be possible for you to contact the manufacturer of the printer you already have and purchase an auxiliary duplex attachment.  Some newer printers can be purchased with the duplex unit already built inside or ordered with the duplex attachment.
• Our duplex labels should be tested for feeding in your desired printer before any orders are placed as some printer feed paths are more friendly to our label stock than others.  We have had success with limited testing in Lexmark and HP Hewlett Packard printers but at this point we are not endorsing any specific printer.  We have stock samples available for testing and suggest that testing be done with the actual printer under consideration.

Can this label be used in conjunction with my UPS system?

• Yes, some software integration is needed, but the biggest advantage of this product is when it is used in conjunction with both a third party shipping system such as UPS, FedEX, and the shippers in house database shipping information.
