Instructions

1. Information is generated in a Duplex Laser Printer.

2. After items are picked and packed, the duplex shipping label/packing list is applied to carton. Bend upper right corner at slit and pull liner from facestock exposing adhesive bars on all 4 sides.

3. Addressee receives package. Following instructions on label:

   1. Tear from left to right on zipper style perforations designated by

   2. Tear center section along two vertical perforations at the left and the right designated by

   3. Tear across top perforation removing center rectangle section. The packing list is now revealed on the back of the carton label.

The packing list does not necessarily have to be returned with the merchandise as a control number appears on the return goods label in human readable and/or bar coded format for return efficiencies.
