What size can be produced?
Normally we offer a memo or letter size product, both available in a stock format.

How is this used as an outgoing document only?
Your client would use the top portion for information (i.e., notification of function or service) and the envelope portion for the outgoing mailer. A three-step process ensures this simple operation: 1. Image the document and address the envelope in one pass through the printer. 2. Remove the document. 3. Fold and stuff in the envelope. Remoistenable glue creates the seal.

How is this used as a return envelope?
The top portion would be used for information such as an invoice with a return remittance stub. The envelope would be the return mailer and have the user's address pre-printed. The entire document is folded and stuffed in a standard No. 10 envelope for mailing. An automatic folder/inserter can be used.

How is this different than cross web gluing?
Cross web gluing is used to create pocket forms in continuous and unit set form by gluing two sheets of paper together. Form-N-Envelope creates the pocket by plow folding a single sheet into a pocket. This gives you a smoother edge and a laser compatible document.
