Is the product laser compatible?
Yes, we have tested REALCARD™ through a wide variety of
laser printers. We will be happy to provide samples
for your
testing.
Is the card plastic?
Yes, the card is true, 8 mil plastic, that is water resistant,
durable and tear resistant.
What weight is the paper portion?
We use 100# tag to ensure the product stacks flat in the printer tray.
Will the end user be able to print on the plastic card?
Yes, the face and back of the card are laser compatible.
Do you have REALCARD™ stock product
available?
Yes, we have stock product available of 1, 2, 6, and 8 cards per sheet.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST will be shipped out that same
day.
What are your printing capabilities?
We print flexographically up to 6 colors. We can print face and
back. This is a patented product and our patent # must appear
on the product. We can add variable data through our data fulfillment
services.
What is your delivery time?
Standard production time is 5-7 working days on custom orders.
Does this product require a signature panel?
This product has a coating over the complete front and back for
laser printability. The same coating eliminates the
need for a separate signature panel coating.
