Shift Premiums/Shift Rotation: We operate three shifts.

Night Shift: 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Dayshift: 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Evening Shift: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Shifts rotate every four weeks. We pay premiums for evening and night shifts.

Tobacco: Ward-Kraft maintains tobacco free campuses.

Culture: We expect honesty, caring and a positive attitude when dealing with fellow team members at Ward-Kraft. Foul and/or abusive language isn’t compatible with Ward-Kraft’s culture.

Performance: Ward-Kraft utilizes a “Pay for Performance” system which measures and tracks all aspects of an individual’s performance. Pay raises are based in large part on these measurements. Metrics may vary by division, department and/or position.

Pay Raises: Wage reviews are conducted every six months, January and July. Ward-Kraft has wage schedules for each position within Ward-Kraft.
